Please note that the guided tour on August 23 is first and foremost for international delegates and paper presenters. Other participants will be considered on a first come-first serve basis.

Fees for Speakers and Participants include: welcome reception, all conference sessions, lunches (Thursday–Sunday), coffee/tea and a registration package.

Payment
Payment must be made in advance of the conference.
Swedish delegates
Swedish delegates can choose to pay either by credit card or by invoice. If you choose to pay
by invoice an administrative fee of SEK 100 will be added. You will receive your invoice by
e-mail. If you need your invoice to be sent to a postal address you must write your invoice
address and reference (if any) on the payment page of the registration form. VAT will be added
according to Swedish legislation and routines.
Delegates from outside Sweden
- VAT will not be added for delegates from outside Sweden
- all payments must be made in SEK (Swedish krona)
- payment should be made by credit card or by bank transfer
- We will not accept any bank charge deductions
- unfortunately we cannot accept payment by bank cheques or euro cheques

Confirmation of Registration
You will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail within a week after we have
received your registration. If you have not received your confirmation within a week, please
send an e-mail to the conference secretariat.
Cancellation
Notification of cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail or regular post to the
conference secretariat. There is a cancellation fee of
SEK 750. Cancellations will be
accepted until
July 15. If you have already paid we will refund all charges except for
the non-refundable cancellation fee of
SEK 750. We will not permit any refunds or fee
reductions for cancellations received after
July 15.
Change of Delegate
Substitutions of delegates can be made at any time for an additional charge of SEK 250.
